Studio Kinsly was established in 2012 by architect Katie.  She designs witty screen prints inspired by traditionally produced fabrics, textiles, and patterns in nature, with a distinctive contemporary graphic style.  Katie trained at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, part of the Glasgow School of Art, and the Design School, Kingston.  She practices architecture on a little island in the middle of the Thames, and everything else is done at her kitchen table in West London.

For Katie, screen printing is about taking an Idea that can be nurtured to create something special and heartwarming.  It can be small or large scale; unique or repetitive, but whatever it is, it always captures one particular moment in time because no two hand-pulled prints are ever completely identical.
